ZS-1 (Far Ultraviolet Quartz Glass) corresponding grade JGS1
It is an optical quartz glass melted with high-purity hydrogen and oxygen, so it contains a large amount of hydroxyl groups (2000ppm) and has excellent UV transmission performance, especially in the short-wave UV region, its transmission performance is far better than all other glass The transmittance at 185μm can reach 90%. Synthetic quartz glass has a strong absorption peak at 2730nm and no particle structure. It is an excellent optical material in the range of 185-2500mμ.

ZS-2 (UV optical quartz glass) corresponding grade JGS2
Quartz glass produced by quartz raw materials and oxyhydrogen flame contains tens of ppm of metal impurities. There is an absorption peak at 2730nm (hydroxyl content 100-200ppm), with stripes and particle structure. It is a good material through the 220-2500μm band.
Quartz sheet characteristics:
Quartz glass sheet is a special industrial technical glass made of silica, which is a very good basic material. Quartz glass sheets have a series of excellent physical and chemical properties, such as: 1. High temperature resistance. The softening point temperature of quartz glass is about 1730 ℃, which can be used for a long time at 1100 ℃, and the maximum use temperature can reach 1450 ℃ in a short time. 2. Corrosion resistance. Except for hydrofluoric acid, quartz glass hardly chemically reacts with other acids. Its acid resistance is 30 times that of ceramics and 150 times that of stainless steel. Especially its chemical stability at high temperatures is beyond any other engineering materials. Comparable. 3. Good thermal stability. It adapts to the extremely small thermal expansion coefficient of glass and can withstand drastic temperature changes. It will heat quartz glass to about 1100 ℃ and will not burst when placed in normal temperature water. 4. Good light transmission performance. The quartz glass sheet has good light transmission performance in the entire spectral band from ultraviolet to infrared, and the visible light transmittance is above 93%, especially in the ultraviolet spectrum region, the maximum transmittance can reach more than 80. 5. The electrical insulation of quartz glass is good. The resistance value of quartz glass is equivalent to 10,000 times that of ordinary glass. It is an excellent electrical insulating material and has good electrical properties even at normal temperature.

HS (Infrared Optical Quartz Glass) corresponding grade JGS3
Quartz glass produced with quartz raw materials and vacuum electrofusion method contains tens of ppm of metal impurities. There are small bubbles, particle structure and stripes, almost free of (OH), with high infrared transmission performance, the transmission rate is up to 85% or more, and its application band is in the range of 260-3500μm optical materials.
